Lowballers

Howdy~
Long time no post. Hahahaha...

Loads happened... but I was invaded by the lazy bugs. So didn't blogged.

But today... I'm really pissed off. I was reading through a forum until I saw an RSS and got attracted to the title. So I clicked... and I became angry. Really angry just by looking at a job advert.
Let me summarize it for you.

IT programmers wanted.
5 years of working experience in related field.
Salary RM2k to 3k
Contract position.
Location KL

I wonder whether there are such despos around. A 5-year-experienced guy... so desperate for a contract job (with no employee benefits and whatsoever) and willing to work for they pay of a fresh graduate.

Or does that mean that the company only value IT people as that much?
If so... I propose them to not use IT at all.

Everyone is so dependent on IT now... yet people fail to realize the importance of IT related jobs? Why is the pay still so freaking low?

Or is it only in Malaysia?
